A 16 billion Pixel image of Leonardo da Vinci’s ‘Last Supper’ can now be viewed on the net. The expert opinion after this extraordinary view is that the 15th Century painting displayed in the Italian city’s Church of Santa Maria delle Grazie, is slowly fading into oblivion.

Experts predict that over time, modern technology may not be able to stop the masterpiece from deteriorating into a colorless mass of peeling paint. You can also note the state of degradation the painting is in.”
